When you Prestige at max level, It will reset all levels and skill points back to 1 (You do not lose your stand.) and give you 5 extra levels for the max. Keep doing the quest and killing DIO until you reach level 35, in which is the max level for Prestige 0. When you talk to him he will ask you to kill DIO 1 time (Quest gives 400-500 exp at Prestige 0). When at level 30, head to the mountains where Doppio should be standing. To the left there will be an NPC named " Dracula" who will tell you to kill 3 Zombie Henchman (Doing this Quest will give 300 exp).
When completing the Story-line, (the user should be at least Level 20 at Prestige 0), head to ShiftPlox (In-front of the Arcade) and there will be a Sewer man-hole where you can enter. (Since you're Level 1, you wont have the skill points required to get Worthiness and you should buy a Bat from Brad for $150). When Level 1, it is recommended that you do the Story-line first, as it gives tons of Exp, and an arrow after completing the first quest, and you can obtain a Requiem Arrow when finished with the storyline. First of all, get a Stand, it is super important that you do and will help you greatly while leveling.
